The Founder, Jim Mesnard
The Rack Place was founded in 1988 by Jim Mesnard, who brought with him over 40 years of experience and innovation in the material handling industry. Having held leadership positions at prestigious companies such as Discount Equipment Corporation, Rapid Rack, and Wholesale Material Equipment, Jim has been instrumental in revolutionizing pallet rack design.
A Trusted Provider
As an innovator, Jim developed a unique hole shape in uprights that accommodates both Sammons and Interlake beams and also designed a boltless shelving configuration that doubles as a shop cart.
